Study Opportunities
First Lutheran offers a variety of opportunities to grow in our faith through study with other believers. Here are our current offerings:
Bible Study
Confirmation, Pastor Sami
First Lutheran’s Confirmation ministry is a program of Bible and Lutheran Catechism study designed to educate 7th and 8th grade youth in the basics of our Christian faith. Contact Pastor Sami to learn more and to enroll your child.
Phoebe Circle, Carol Bunge and Nancy Lewis
Women’s Bible study group that meets at 7:00 pm, on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Meeting location changes so contact Carol, Nancy or the church office for current month’s location.
Thursday Morning Bible Study, Karen Jensen
Adult Bible study group that meets at the church weekly at 10:00 am on Thursday mornings.
Sunday Education
Children are excused for class following the Children’s Chat, returning to worship before communion. Confirmation and adult offerings follow worship.
